Per your request, I am providing you with some additional information regarding Insight Global, Inc. During
our discussion you had asked for a brief synopsis of Insight Global to include our size, client history, and
expertise in specific areas. I believe the following will give you a better feel for our company, but this cannot
replace what I hope came across during our discussion and that is the character, competence, and culture of
our company.
Insight Global, Inc. is a privately held Atlanta-based organization which provides long term, short term, and
temp-to-permanent contract staffing that was founded in 2001. We have since branched out across the nation
with 19 current offices, and growing. It is important to note that every office is a company branch and not a
franchise. We feel this is extremely important in order to maintain our quality, communication between

At Insight Global, we maintain an average of 15 to 20 full-time technical recruiters per branch resulting in a 2:1
Recruiter to Account Manager ratio. This 2:1 ratio is currently above the industry average, which allows us to
provide quality technical professionals in 24 to 48 hours after the customer's initial request. This has
contributed to a growth of over $226 million dollars and 3300 current employees on payroll nationally in the
past 8 years. We are proud of the fact that since our inception in 2001 all of our growth has been organic and
all promotions have come from within the organization. This model is still in existence today and there are no
intentions on growing our firm through acquisitions. Through this model, we have developed a culture that
fosters hard work, world-class customer service, responsiveness, caring about our clients, our employees and
the welfare of the company. All of these factors lead to being recognized in 2006 and 2007, as the fastest
growing IT Services Company in the US by the “Staffing Industry Analyst”. Also, in 2007 we were ranked
number 224 in the Inc. 500 for all private companies. In 2008 we were ranked the 4th

Insight Global was one of the few vendors in 2008 that were easy to work with and were able to
meet my expectations. SFP has had 6 CW's from Insight in 2008 and everyone was able to
perform the work they were slated for. Insight was able to get us the resources we needed in the
strict timelines we put forth and they were able to on board the CW's quite quickly. Since our
CW's have been pleased with Insight over the year they have continually referred business to
Insight which accounts for 50% of their placements. This means a lot to my team as if the CW is
willing to refer someone they believe is a good fit for the position and use the same Vendor it
shows how trust worthy the company is. If the need arises for CW's in 2009 I look forward to
working with them again as they fully understand my teams needs and deliver effectively.
